Absolutely
the BEST customer service
·
Im working with VEBNEST since 2009 I
know basically nothing about web hosting and was overwhelmed when I first
started our business and website. But the customer service at VEBNEST and made
an intimidating process very easy. I have never experienced such helpful and
friendly customer service. Anytime there is a problem (which always ends up
being because I messed something up)they have patiently walked me through the
process of identifying the issue, explaining it to me, and solving the problem.
It is truly the best customer service I have ever experienced.
VEBNEST
Their customer service alone makes the company worth doing business with. Ticket, email, snail mail or chat. Answers Ticket, chat within 2 minutes. Email 1/2 hour to 1 hour. They speak English, so you understand them. They are friendly and give clear, uncomplicated advice. An amature can webmaster like a pro. No more needs to be said. VEBNEST is the BEST!
Thank
you very much for your customer support
Hello. I just want to thank you and
say that I talked today via chat with Mike He helped me a lot and everything
was very fast. The whole day I was unable to solve a question, what exactly
should I transfer from my previous hosting company: the domain name + change
hosting to VEBNEST -or- just change hosting. But what to do with SSL EV
certificate to keep it valid? As result, I'm on the right track. Mike helped me
a lot and told me, what to do. We started the process. Thank you very much for
your customer representatives that work at VEBNEST.
